Quest Holdings Group, LLC, is a Houston based group that creates new start-ups, acquisitions, selling and management of companies in the medical and healthcare sector. We create Practice Equity™ for medical professionals from their current patient base through introduction of specialty care services in the home. We work medical professionals in co-venturing, profit sharing, and or partnership structures.
We invest in partnerships with with medical professionals in a wide variety of transaction structures, including new start-ups, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and equity-like investments.
